Organic olives from Mytilene are full of flavors due to the process of ripeness, they remain crispy and maintain the slight characteristic bitterness of the original olives.

They are selected with hands in a traditional way without the use of acid soda and are packaged, via vacuum, in jars and plastic containers in order to have them fresh on our tables.

Without any chemical ingredients. They are not carved in order to maintain their luscious flavor.
